How do I order a personalised portrait?

Choose the type/size of portrait you would like and purchase.

Send photos of your pet to boxroombazaar@btinternet.com  (refer to the item description for details about the best photos to send)

I would like something bespoke made just for me. Can you make it for me?

I happily make custom made pieces so if you'd like something special making please contact me and we can discuss your requirements. Use the 'Contact Us' for or send me an e-mail boxroombazaar@btinternet.com or if you prefer reach out via social media

How long will it take to make my custom order?

If you have ordered a personalized portrait or bespoke item the  processing time (the time it will take for me to make it) will be stated in the item description. I try and keep processing times as short as possible but they increase do during busy periods (such as Christmas) so please bear this in mind when ordering.

How will my order be packaged?

 

 I try and be as sustainable as possible when posting orders so your order may be packaged in cardboard that has been repurposed from packaging.  I do use plastic mailers to protect fabrics from unfavourable weather conditions.

 My order hasn't arrived. What shall I do?
