The hoop art features a painted grey cat, sewn onto spotty fabric, embellished with tiny heart shaped buttons. Framed in a 4" British made hoop, backed with wadding and felt.
The 2" bow tie is made by Hollybushmakes, it features an elastic back to allow it to be attached to the cat's collar.
